I am honored to provide this reference letter on behalf of Reverend Jose Martin Urquico Banting. As the founder of Sepung Bulaun Community Church in Porac, Pampanga, Philippines, I have had the privilege of knowing and working closely with Rev. Banting for the past sixteen years.
